RULES  PONIES GOING FROM NOVICE TO OPEN

Regardless of the number of Novice or Open WHP Classes a FOUR and FIVE year old pony may win it retains its Novice Status at the commenencement of its SIX year old year,except any Animal that has been placed 1st to 5th at the RIHS or HOYS in the Open WHP class will Immediatley be denoviced

A Novice WHP Six years old or over that wins Three Open WHP Classes where there are at least six in the class or is placed 1st to 5th at RIHS or HOYS will immediatley be classed as an OPEN WHP for the rest of its showing Career and is no longer eligible for Novice WHP Clases
