NEWCOMERS CLASS

A new class has been introduced for NEWCOMERS in horse working hunters. If you are new to working hunters or a novice rider who has not won a working hunter class at any show prior to 1^st October 2008, you may compete in the NEWCOMER class. In addition, if you are returning to working hunters after a considerable break of at least 5 years, you may compete as a Newcomer.

The committee reserve the right to advise you whether you are eligible for this class. The Committee’s decision is final.

The height of fences will be 70cm. 3 riders/horses will qualify at each show for the Newcomers final at the NIWHA SPRING CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW. All qualified competitors must competed in this class at three shows over the winter season to take part in the Newcomers final.
