Pony Height Regulations *PLEASE NOTE*

All ponies (with exception of some M&M breeds competing only in M&M classes) entered for the NIWHA championship show will require an annual or life height certificate. If you have not already submitted a photocopy of your pony passport with height certificatr to Maggie Letters please do so along with your entry.Any entries submitted without a valid measurement (SJAI/IPS/JMB)on file with the NIWHA will be refused entry to the ring at the show unless a valid height certificate can be produced prior to the class.Heights for M&M breed classes are determined by each breed society and where maximum height is specified by breed socity a measurement should be produced according to the breed society rulles

The NIWHA Summer Championship Show 2008 held at The National Balmoral Showgrounds Belfast on Monday 14th - Wed 16th July promises to be the best to date we are very pleased to welcome back Mr David Cole from Nuneaton who built our courses at the Spring Championship show, along with a panel of very experienced Judges also from the UK, Mr R Mills ,Mr J Poole,Mrs C Whitely and Mrs A Colles.When you download the schedule here on the web you will also see due to the high demand from our members we have introduced a host of new class for show ponys,first ridden, M&Ms,and lead rein and to top it all £100 prize fund per class see schedule for full details.

As you can appreciate a show of this size needs a lot of help to run and already a great deal of work has been done The NIWHA committee would like to ask it members for some help anyone able to do so should contact a committe member and let them know when they are available we hope all our members support the show and have an enjoyable time over the three days all we need now is blue skys and for the sun to shine.
